No. Thirty Seven can be used as a standalone networking coaching tool or alongside formal networking and relationship-building training. Some people use it to build confidence from scratch, while others use it to sharpen existing skills and prepare for important events, meetings and introductions.

Can I practise real networking situations?

Yes. Thirty Seven includes a range of ready-to-use networking roleplays covering business introductions, networking events, industry conferences, professional relationship building and workplace networking.

You can start practising immediately or create scenarios based on specific networking situations you expect to encounter.

Can I create my own networking scenarios?

Yes. Thirty Seven includes a library of pre-built networking roleplays you can use straight away.

You can also create your own scenarios featuring up to three AI participants, each with their own personality, objectives, background and communication style. This allows you to practise everything from one-to-one introductions to group discussions and networking events.

Can I practise with different personality types?

Yes. Thirty Seven includes a variety of pre-built networking roleplays featuring different personalities, communication styles and networking situations.

You can also create your own AI contacts and networking roleplays. Each roleplay can include up to three AI participants, each with their own personality, objectives, priorities and communication style. This lets you practise everything from one-to-one networking conversations to group discussions, industry events, and more complex relationship-building situations.

Can Thirty Seven help me prepare for a specific event or networking opportunity?

Yes. Whether you're attending a conference, industry event, trade show, networking breakfast or internal company event, Thirty Seven can help you rehearse introductions, conversations and follow-up interactions beforehand.

Is my practice private?

Yes. Your roleplays, recordings and feedback are private to you. Nobody else can watch your practice sessions or view your feedback, including administrators on enterprise licences.

Thirty Seven is designed to provide a safe, judgement-free environment where people can experiment, make mistakes and improve with confidence. The AI does not learn from your roleplays and your content is not used to train AI models.

How secure is my data?

Security and privacy are taken seriously. Thirty Seven is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified, helping organisations meet rigorous security and data protection standards.

Your practice sessions, recordings and feedback remain private, and the AI does not use your roleplays or uploaded content to train future models.
