A completely new way to deliver media and communications training
We have developed a new training option that is even more convenient, effective and accessible.
Depending on the type of course and your requirements, this can be delivered as online only, or blended alongside a traditional, tutor-led training session.
This new delivery method has evolved from the way we currently deliver our courses – either through video-conferencing software, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, or in-person training (currently delivered in a socially distanced, remote-controlled studio).
Reinventing the way media training is delivered
Take our media skills training as an example. During part one of their training delegates can attend a one hour ‘self-taught’ interactive training session through our bespoke online training platform, where they learn the theory they need for good media interviews.
Once delegates have completed this first part of their training, they can attend a bespoke practical session with our senior journalist tutors, which can be delivered via videoconference or, where restrictions allow, in-person.
Here they will put the skills and techniques they have learnt in to practice, in a selection of interviews for print, radio and TV broadcast.
This personalised session features interview playback and analysis, with personal coaching and feedback, to enable each candidate to reach their learning goals.
The end result is confident, capable and authentic media spokespeople
