Graham Jones is a psychologist who specialises in the way people use the Internet, in particular helping businesses understand social media and how it impacts on their customer relationships and marketing.
Graham is the author of 16 books about the Internet, as well as 12 other business books. He is a former radio presenter, magazine editor and an award-winning writer for national newspapers, consumer magazines and trade periodicals.
Graham is a part-time academic, working as an Associate Lecturer with the Open University and as a Visiting Lecturer at The University of Buckingham. He also works as a professional speaker and is the former President of the Professional Speaking Association.
These days Graham is in demand himself as an expert commentator for the media and you can hear him on various radio stations and see his comments about the Internet in newspapers and magazines every week.
