Sue Matthews I joined Media First as Operations Manager in September 2001. I am the bossy one, responsible for the preparation and smooth running of the courses up to and on the day. After issuing the delegate pre-course information packs, I work in close liaison with the client to ensure the journalist tutors receive a full briefing in advance of the course so they are fully prepared for the training. I will also arrange accommodation and taxis and soothe any delegate pre-course nerves. Following the course I collate the journalists' feedback and prepare the client reports.
