Sharon Francis Our goal is to ensure that everyone we train feels more confident and can communicate effectively on behalf of their organisation whatever the situation. My role is to make sure that Media First consistently delivers quality courses, outstanding journalist tutors and an individual service to all our clients.

I have spent the last five years at Media First as Business Development Manager and before that worked for ten years with ITV and Channel Four News. I can therefore bring the values and philosophy of the news industry to the management of Media First.
