Clare Catford

Clare has spent the last 20 years hosting news and consumer programmes for the BBC and independent networks. She is a well respected radio and television journalist, and also contributes to national newspapers as a feature writer. She began her career in local newspapers, and then joined BBC local radio. She has built a sound reputation as a rigorous consumer journalist, reporting for Channel 4 News, BBC Breakfast News, GMTV and BBC London News. Currently she hosts news and religious programmes for the BBC World Service and local radio in Berkshire, and reports for BBC South Today.
