Amanda Ward I have been with Media First since 1st April 2003. I am the first point of call for most of our clients, answering the phones and making things happen when you say you are ready to book your course. If I was a circus act, I'd be the juggler as I maintain the TV & studio availability, our journalist tutors' diaries and all our clients' course bookings.

I am also responsible for helping to maintain the company's Operational Management System and ISO9000 assessments.
